Custom pieces are made to order and are designed specifically for each client. For this reason, these items are not eligible for return.

For items eligible for return, items must be processed for return within 10 days of the item being delivered.

We recognize the value of your ring and its significance to you. That’s why we offer a free lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase, on all our rings.

Manufacturing defects are related to the craftsmanship of the jewelry. If an item is found to be defective due to manufacturing, JL Diamonds will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Additionally, we will cover all shipping and postage fees when returning your product for a manufacturing defect.
